Movement with Abi

A fun 3 element format class working on Mobility, Heart Health and Coordination. Each class is broken down into these 3 elements for a 20 min warm up, stretch and postural work, 20 min cardio and 20 mins of dance! This class is beginner friendly and no experience is necessary. For women ages 16+. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a drink.

When: Tuesday 22nd February, every Tuesday for 6x weeks
