FitSteps FAB (For All Bodies) ‘Let’s Dance for The 70th Jubilee!’

This is a celebratory event of both the great achievement of all our In It Together ladies, women in Somerset, and of course our Queen. Any women ages 16+ are invited to join us on this day of celebration, with the aim to have 70 (and more) women involved to Dance for The 70th Jubilee! No experience necessary, for all abilities. Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in and bring a drink.

What is FitSteps FAB (For All Bodies)?
Low-intensity mixed with high-intensity moves for an interval-style, dance fitness party! A total workout, combining all elements of fitness; cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
