Women’s Health & Wellbeing Event Brings Vital Support to Glastonbury
A unique and new Women’s Health & Wellbeing Event is coming to the heart of Glastonbury, offering an inclusive day of physical activity, wellbeing, mental health support and expert advice for females at every stage of life.
The day will open with a warm welcome from Sarah Dyke, MP for Glastonbury and Somerton, before moving into a vibrant programme of interactive workshops and expert-led talks. From pregnancy and early motherhood to peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond, sessions will focus on movement, self-care, and practical ways to feel good every day.
Where: St Dunstans House, Magdalene Street, BA6 9EL
FREE to attend. Booking essential | Ages 18+
Book your space here: https://www.sasp.co.uk/events/2025/11/womens-health-glasto
Visitors can:
- Discover simple tips for movement and physical activity.
- Access support and signposting for housing, health, and employment.
- Join open, honest conversations in a safe space to share, connect and feel heard.
- Explore a Community Village featuring Smokefree Somerset, NHS teams, ONFY Period Care, and many more local organisations.
Children under 5 are welcome when accompanied by an adult, helping to reduce childcare barriers so everyone can focus on their own wellbeing and sourcing the support they may need. Light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Why This Event Matters: Following the Women’s Health Survey conducted by NHS Somerset [1], we have partnered to provide this unique, collaborative event to help women seek the information relevant to them and access the appropriate healthcare services. You might not need every service on the day, but you’ll leave with a toolkit for the future.
Limited parking is available at the venue, with additional spaces nearby at St John’s Car Park (BA6 9LJ) and Silver Street Car Park (BA6 8BS).
